Here goes, my first post after much
procrastination. I'm starting this blog to share my triathlon journey with you. I am not a professional triathlete, nutritionist, physical fitness expert, coach or guru nor do I claim to be. The views and opinions here are mine (and yours if you feel the need to chime in). My intent is not only to share my journey in this triathlon sub-culture, but to hopefully share information that might give a new perspective or share new information that will better your triathlon experience. So, sit back and enjoy the read, pictures and at some point videos.

PS: Any products or services I endorse is because I've used them myself and they work for me, or are stand up people and/or organizations.
On a side note: I am not an english major, I will have misspelling and grammatical errors here and there. No need to point them out, it's a work in progress.
i love it!!!

After checking your results in Malibu.....i can say i have a sack of bananas at my house for you to stick up your ass to see if they don't pull a life time on your time. If i see you riding around the key biscayne i will hit you over the head with my sack of balls which is what you need to start racing bicycles. If you want to know who i am come to the Don Pan Ride on friday at 6:30 am.It starts at sunset place and 57th. Come get some and then write on your gay blog about it
